All our beers are brewed on site using reverse osmosis water, staying as true to traditional styles as possible.  We aim to make drinkable beers with a wide range of styles on tap at any time so that there is always something for everyone.  Explore our beers with a flight and find your new favorite beer!  For the non-beer drinkers, we have hard cider and mead on tap, from our neighbors Starrlight!  We have wines from Fire Clay Cellars, carbonated hop water made with locally grown hops, and craft sodas.

We are family owned and operated.  Our mission is to serve Chatham County one pint at a time! We support local businesses throughout the county and the Piedmont as much as possible by purchasing our supplies locally whenever available. We work to make the county a better place to live through support of our local non-profits, and we welcome everybody to our brewery and taproom.  Come in and ask us what bmc brewing stands for.  There’s a story!
